God the LOVER

In the last post I talked about being in a FATHER-CHILD relationship with God and how awesome it can be. Well, you’re gonna read the LOVERS aspect today. Have you ever been in love?! Trust me at some point in your life, feeling butterflies in your belly is one experience you’ll always treasure.

I’ve heard it so many times that when you’re married, the husband gets to have some responsibilities that even the car that breaks down in the house automatically becomes his. Being in a relationship comes with the responsibility of protection. You’ll always want to protect people you love *check ScottMcCall in teenwolf*. When you’re married to God, Psalm 91:4, “He shall cover you with His feathers,  And under His wings you shall take  refuge;  His truth  shall be your shield and  buckler”.
You automatically becomes his responsibility and Psalm 125:2, “As the mountains surround Jerusalem,  So the LORD surrounds His people  From this time forth and forever”.
God is so passionate about his loved ones that he sees you as you are, sees your past yet will give his all to forgive and forget. He’ll cover you up and beautify you for his glory. Ezekiel 16:8 “When I passed by you again and  looked upon you, indeed your time was the  time of love; so I spread My wing over you  and covered your nakedness. Yes, I swore  an oath to you and entered into a covenant  with you, and you became Mine,” says the  Lord GOD”.
When God betroths you, everything will so change that by the time he’s through with the changes in your life, beauty will replace the ashes. You need to read Ezekiel 16:6-14.
He will love you fully even with your imperfections and you’ll be made perfect in him. Hosea 2:19-20 “I will betroth you to Me forever;  Yes, I will betroth you to Me  In righteousness and justice,  In lovingkindness and mercy; I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness,  And you shall know the LORD”.
Having God as your lover comes with you being blessed because you trust in that love, you depend that your husband will always provide and your hope will always be in him. Jeremiah 17:7-8, “Blessed  is the man who trusts in the  LORD,  And whose hope is the LORD.  8 For he shall be like a tree planted by  the waters,  Which spreads out its roots by the  river,  And will not fear b when heat comes;  But its leaf will be green,  And will not be anxious in the year of  drought,  Nor will cease from yielding fruit”.  You’ll become powerful to make things happen because you have the rights to use the same seal as your husband because you’ve become one, Isaiah 60:12, “For the nation and kingdom which will  not serve you shall perish,  And  those nations shall be utterly  ruined”.
When you know how much God loves you, you’ll realize your past is gone and old things have passed away, no more pains; no more tears. Just the joy of a woman that love has found. Isaiah 54:4-5, “Do not fear, for you will not be  ashamed;  Neither be disgraced, for you will not  be put to shame;  For you will forget the shame of your  youth,  And will not remember the reproach of  your widowhood anymore.  5 For your Maker  is your husband,  The LORD of hosts  is His name;  And your Redeemer  is the Holy One of  Israel;  He is called the God of the whole earth”.
You might need to read Isaiah 54:3-10 to fully know how much God promises to do as your spouse.
Isaiah 62:4, “You shall no longer be termed  Forsaken,  Nor shall your land any more be  termed Desolate;  But you shall be called Hephzibah, a  and your land Beulah; b  For the LORD delights in you,  And your land shall be married”.

Finally, you’ll be made a holy city prepared as a bride for the coming of her husband who is Jesus Christ for the second coming. Revelation 21:2, “Then I, John, a saw the holy  city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of  heaven from God, prepared as a bride  adorned for her husband”.

He loved me first and has done the sacrifice centuries before my birth and that made me realize that #Figuratively Love is when my bills have been settled even before I know what to buy *strictly my quote*.

#Shalom!
